01 / THE QUESTION THAT STARTED IT
A NOTE FROM OUR FOUNDER
When I bought milk, meat or everyday groceries, a question stayed with me: am I really getting what I think I’m buying?
When I purchased mutton, I wanted to know it was actually mutton. I didn’t want to wonder about adulteration. I wanted transparency.
In my village, buying milk feels different. I can see it. I know what I’m getting. I want our customers to have that same feeling, to understand their food and feel good about what they feed their children. We bring the care we would give our own household to the food we offer yours.
“Exactly as promised.
Nothing more. Nothing less.”
02 / FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY TABLE
Meat, dairy, rice, millets, wood-pressed oils, homemade pickles, fruit and vegetables. Chosen with the care we would bring to food for our own household.

MEAT / CHAPTER 01
Our meat story begins with goats and rams raised in fields, not cages. We do not buy sick goats because they are cheaper, or use antibiotics or illegal drugs to increase weight. Goat and ram have their own identities; we do not mix meats or pass one off as the other. That care begins before preparation, with a clear promise about the animal you choose.

MEAT / CHAPTER 02
We never freeze our meat. Fresh delivery is why we take preorders: your order helps us plan the day before, and we start cutting fresh mutton early in the morning for the day’s orders. We test every batch for quality and mixing. For eligible orders, preparation streams offer a closer look when the vendor’s stream is available. Visibility supports the story; it does not replace testing.

MEAT / CHAPTER 03
The meat you ordered keeps its identity from preparation to your doorstep. Our promise is no species mixing, no frozen meat and batch checks for quality and mixing. Choose the available cut, quantity and delivery date in the app, then follow order updates as your delivery comes home.

DAIRY / CHAPTER 01
A household wakes up in small rituals: the first chai, breakfast being made, a glass poured before the day begins. Our dairy story starts early with fresh morning milking for the day’s orders. It is the village feeling our founder remembers, wanting to understand where your food begins, and bringing that same sense of care to another family’s table.

DAIRY / CHAPTER 02
Milk is only the beginning. There is curd beside a meal, ghee stirred into cooking and paneer ready for a favourite recipe. Each product deserves its own clear identity and description. Our quality section brings together the standard for each dairy product, our response and the checks behind those standards.

DAIRY / CHAPTER 03
Milk, curd, ghee and paneer each deserve their own product identity. From morning milk to the curd, ghee and paneer in your kitchen, choose each item for the meal you have in mind. Check the product details in the app for the dairy you choose, and follow your delivery through order updates.

RICE & MILLETS / CHAPTER 01
Our farmer partnership is built around an agreement to grow organically without pesticide use. We support that relationship with knowledge, guidance and needed inputs, alongside buying the produce. Rice and millets belong in this wider sourcing commitment: everyday grains deserve the same attention as the food at the centre of a special meal. The available product information should make the variety and quantity clear.

RICE & MILLETS / CHAPTER 02
Grain care has practical questions: how much moisture is present, is there foreign matter, and are grains damaged or insect-damaged? The FSSAI guide below explains these checks. Our planned packing approach is to keep grains dry, protect them from moisture and check the integrity of the seal. The pouch and sack designs in the next chapter show that direction; they are not a claim that a specific packing procedure is already operating.

RICE & MILLETS / CHAPTER 03
Rice for the family meal. Millets for a breakfast you make your own. Know the variety, quantity and product identity of the pantry food you choose. Order from the products available in the app, then follow the updates until your essentials reach home.

WOOD-PRESSED OILS / CHAPTER 01
The oil that goes into a family meal deserves attention too. It may not be the ingredient everyone sees, but it belongs in the same conversation about choosing food carefully. Our range includes wood-pressed cooking oils, giving this quiet kitchen essential its own place alongside the meat, dairy and staples you bring home.

WOOD-PRESSED OILS / CHAPTER 02
Oil quality is more than its name. Acid value or free fatty acids help investigate deterioration; peroxide value helps assess oxidation. Our packaging intention is to protect the oil from unnecessary exposure to light and air, with an intact closure and clear product identification. These are design goals, not a published storage or bottling procedure. We use only wood-pressed oils across our homemade vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickle range.

WOOD-PRESSED OILS / CHAPTER 03
Care for a family meal includes the oil that goes into it. Our range includes wood-pressed cooking oils, and we use only wood-pressed oils in our homemade pickles. Choose the available oil and quantity from the app’s product information. Check the product label for the oil you choose.

HOMEMADE PICKLES / CHAPTER 01
A pickle can turn a simple plate of rice into a meal that feels familiar. Our homemade range includes vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles, made with the care we would bring to food for our own table. Both deserve a story of their own, something chosen for the meals you love, rather than an afterthought beside them.

HOMEMADE PICKLES / CHAPTER 02
A premium pickle begins with a clear ingredient story. Our proposed recipes pair raw mango or a selected vegetable, or the named meat for a non-vegetarian variant, with wood-pressed oil, red chilli, mustard, fenugreek, turmeric and salt. Garlic may feature in a separate variant. Only wood-pressed oils will be used across our homemade pickle range.
Proposed recipe concept · the oil variety and each recipe are being finalised. Final ingredients and allergen information will appear on each product label.

HOMEMADE PICKLES / CHAPTER 03
Vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles have their own place in our homemade range. Both use only wood-pressed oils. A spoonful beside rice should be a choice you feel good about. Check the variety, ingredients and quantity in the app before ordering. We do not substitute a generic ingredient list for the recipe of the pickle you choose.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES / CHAPTER 01
Fruit and vegetables connect the family table to the people growing the food. Our farmer agreements commit to organic growing without pesticide use. The relationship is about more than the moment a crop is ready: we want to support the growing journey, with a shared understanding of the food we are working towards.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES / CHAPTER 02
Our partnership includes growing knowledge, practical guidance and needed inputs, alongside buying the produce. Support and purchase belong together in the relationship. If you are a farmer who shares this approach, the partnership details below connect you directly with our team. We would like to hear about what you grow and explore working together.

FRUIT & VEGETABLES / CHAPTER 03
Good produce begins with care in the field and ends with a place at your table. Behind the range is our farmer agreement on organic growing without pesticide use, supported by knowledge, guidance, needed inputs and buying the produce. Choose what is available for your address in the app and follow your order as it comes home.

THE QUESTIONS BEHIND GOOD FOOD
The standard to look for. The care behind our response. Explore each category, the checks that matter and the official guidance behind them.
MEAT / THE QUALITY GUIDE
Our response: every batch is checked for quality and meat mixing. We do not mix or substitute species, buy sick animals for a lower price, or use drugs to increase animal weight. Fresh morning preparation begins with your preorder.
The standard: meat should match its declared species and be fit for consumption. Species-specific PCR is a laboratory method for investigating species identity; appearance alone cannot establish it.
FSSAI guidance describes concerns such as species substitution or cheaper meat mixed in, added water that increases weight, and chemical treatment used to disguise poor condition. These are reasons to ask careful questions, not allegations about any seller.
Our response: no species mixing or switching, field-raised goats and rams, and fresh morning preparation for preorders. Eligible preparation streams offer visibility; a video alone does not prove species identity or food safety.

DAIRY / THE QUALITY GUIDE
FSSAI dairy testing manual (PDF) ↗ · Adulterant methods (PDF) ↗
The standard: milk, curd, paneer and ghee each need their own composition, freshness and hygiene checks. A fat or density reading alone cannot establish purity.
Our response: our milk begins with fresh morning milking for the day’s orders. We bring that same promise of clear product identity to curd, paneer and ghee: what you choose is what we promise to deliver.
Checks behind the standard: explore the methods used to assess each dairy product below.
Sensory (organoleptic) checks; lactometer / density; fat by the Gerber method; solids-not-fat (SNF); titratable acidity; clot-on-boiling; alcohol stability; and freezing point to investigate added water.
Reference: NDDB procurement manual (PDF).
Tests can look for starch, sucrose, glucose, urea, neutralisers, detergents or soap, added salts, cellulose, maltodextrin, skimmed milk powder, foreign fat, formalin, hydrogen peroxide and boric acid or borates.
Reference: FSSAI adulterant testing methods (PDF).
Microbiological checks include total bacterial count, coliforms / E. coli, and yeast and mould. Separate laboratory analyses can investigate antibiotic residues, pesticide residues and aflatoxin M1.
References: NDDB microbiology and FSSAI milk survey (PDF).
Curd: fat and total solids describe composition; starch testing checks for added starch. Paneer: moisture and fat by acid digestion describe composition; starch testing checks for added starch. Ghee: moisture and free fatty acids assess composition and quality; butyro-refractometer readings, Reichert-Meissel and Polenske values, and vanaspati or foreign-fat screens help investigate fat identity.
References: FSSAI dairy testing manual (PDF) and milk products guidance (PDF).
A normal density or fat result alone does not establish purity. Different tests answer different questions; there is no single universal “21 tests” checklist for every dairy product.
RICE & MILLETS / THE QUALITY GUIDE
The standard: grains should match their stated variety and be assessed for moisture, foreign matter, damage and insect damage. These checks help assess their condition before storage and packing.
Our response: rice and millets belong to our farmer partnership: an agreement to grow organically without pesticide use, backed by growing guidance, needed inputs and buying the produce. Our planned packing approach prioritises dry grains, moisture protection and intact seals.
Checks behind the standard: moisture determination, foreign-matter examination, and damaged and insect-damaged grain assessment.
WOOD-PRESSED OILS / THE QUALITY GUIDE
The standard: cooking oil should match its declared identity. Deterioration, oxidation and possible mixing need appropriate assessment; the pressing method alone does not establish purity.
Our response: our range is built around wood-pressed cooking oils. We also use only wood-pressed oils in our homemade vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles. Our packaging plan focuses on protecting the oil from unnecessary light and air exposure.
Checks behind the standard: acid value / free fatty acids for deterioration, peroxide value for oxidation, and fatty-acid profiling to investigate identity against the relevant oil standard.
PICKLES / THE QUALITY GUIDE
The standard: the named ingredients, preserving medium and product type should be clear. The recipe determines the relevant checks; vegetable and meat pickles cannot share a blanket testing checklist.
Our response: we make vegetarian and non-vegetarian pickles with only wood-pressed oils and the care we would give food for our own household. Each variant has its own ingredient story, with the final recipe and allergen information on its product label.
Checks behind the standard: salt determination and acidity testing are relevant to suitable fruit and vegetable pickle recipes. Meat pickles need assessment suited to their own formulation and product type.
FRUIT & VEGETABLES / THE QUALITY GUIDE
The standard: produce should be correctly identified and meet applicable pesticide-residue limits. Laboratory residue analysis assesses this question; a clean appearance alone cannot answer it.
Our response: our farmer agreements commit to organic growing without pesticide use. We support farmers with growing knowledge, guidance at every step and needed inputs, and buy the produce they grow under that agreement.
Checks behind the standard: pesticide-residue analysis, interpreted against the applicable limits for the crop and substance. Our sourcing commitment begins with the farmer and the growing practices.
