Include your order reference where relevant, the nature of the concern and your preferred reply contact. Do not send OTPs or payment PINs. We will assess the request and explain any identity verification or information needed to resolve it. Our consumer-grievance process is to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours, provide a record of the complaint and redress them within one month of receipt. Privacy requests follow the applicable privacy-law response periods described in our privacy policy.
